Service Description

Learn how to make a delicious menu inspired by the rolling hill and vineyards of Tuscany. Tuscan Wild Mushroom Soup with Garlic Croutons - An umami rich soup with a mix of Porcini and other mushrooms with a swirl of creme fraiche. Roasted Porchettta - A deep amber crusted roast with crackling crispy skin and bright herbaceous flavors of rosemary, garlic and lemon. Pumpkin Gnocchi - Hand-rolled spiced gnocchi wit roasted broccoli, hazelnuts in a brown butter Parmesan sauce Caramel Apple Tarte Tatin - Thin slices of crisp apple and flaky pastry rolled into a rose shaped tart with deep caramel flavors topped with vanilla-bourbon whipped cream.
